On the night between October 14th and October 15th, the village of Budrus was bombarded. Some cells of "Unit 101" opened fire on the villages of Shuqba and Ni'lin. In Qabia, a small handful of National Guard troops were defeated, and the unit moved from house to house in a military operation in a civilian area. Bombs were thrown through openings, and gunfire was indiscriminately fired through open doors and windows. Those attempting to flee were shot at. Subsequently, parachutists blew up forty-five houses, the village mosque, and its reservoir. Approximately 67 citizens were killed, the majority of whom were women and children.
